Intercultural co-operation and projects (IRCOP - 2020 - ZSiLS)

The content of this state final exam corresponds to the knowledge and skills and general competencies acquired within the second semester of study. Student prove a theoretical background of the international project management; knowledge of the existing models for the multicultural team building and management and the drivers and barriers of such teams' performance; capacity to identify and deal with intercultural conflicts and differences.
